An historic landmark bordering South Yorkshire and Derbyshire. Consisting of two period cottages dating back over 200 years. The cottages were in a seriously dilapidated and fire damaged condition. Our instructions were to strip back and sympathetically restore them to their original condition. Due to the condition of the properties this was a very demanding project. The restoration internally comprised of new but traditional oak floors, doors, architraves, and skirting boards to the ground and first floors, whilst carefully designing and integrating modern bathrooms and kitchens. Externally the property required new traditional roofs, the walls were stripped back to stone and rendered in lime white, with the windows and rainwater items in contrasting grey. The external groundworks included a totally new drainage system and utility services. Off road parking was created to the front of each cottage. The whole project was brought in on budget and a timely manner, resulting in a delighted client

"They've helped me on several projects
including the build out of 25 flats and I just want to
take half a minute to sing his praise...
