This site was formerly a Wesleyan Chapel. On behalf of our client we secured planning permission for the construction of a two-story block of apartments. This was a complicated project as the site was to be developed on an incline. This the rear enjoying superb views over the listed Wentworth Estate and the Elsecar Heritage area. The build comprised of Artifical stone to the front elevation, with artifical stone and handmade brick to the rear. On completion a viewing day was held at which the whole site was sold.
